1. A new order may take between 10 - 14 days before delivery.
2. You will receive a quoted price within 48 hours after placing your requirements.
3. Your request will not be attended to prior to payment being made.
4. You will have exclusive use for a period of 12 month after which the piece will be available for purchase again on the Drama Shop website.
5. The author of the written piece will always own the rights. You may not sell, reuse or lend it to a third party at any given time.
6. You may ask for corrections or changes only once after delivery.
7. We cannot exchange your order for another.
8. Should you need another piece, you will bear the necessary costs again.
9. No telephonic communication is possible.
